摘　　要：目的:了解广州市男性同性恋人群艾滋病相关行为情况及其对艾滋病防治工作的看法和需求。方法:采用"滚雪球"抽样法招募17名男性同性恋者,对其进行个人深入访谈。结果:访谈对象以20～25岁者居多,职业分布广,文化程度差别大;绝大多数被访者有幸福感,12人感觉有压力,其主要来源于家庭与社会;大部分被访者能正确说出艾滋病预防与传播途径,多数人通过网络获取艾滋病相关知识;大多数被访者有多性伴情况,安全套使用率较高;大部分被访者对政府目前的艾滋病防治工作持怀疑态度。结论:广州市男性同性恋人群生活压力较大;高危性行为普遍。政府的艾滋病防治工作应加强对该人群的服务需求与特点的关注。Objective：To understand AIDS related behaviors of male homosexuals and their attitude and demand towards work for AIDS control and prevention. Methods：Snowball technique was applied to recruit male homosexual participants, and every individual was investigated by an in-depth person-to-person interview. Results： Most of interviewees were between 20 to 25 years old, with a wide variety of occupation and educational background. Most of the interviewees had a sense of happiness, but 21 of them had enormous pressure, which mainly come from family and society. Most interviewees had some knowledge about AIDS, acquired mainly from the internet. Most interviewees have multiple sex partners, and there was a relatively high rate of practicing condom use. However, most of the interviewees casted doubts in effectiveness in the prevention work of the local government about AIDS. Condusion：The male homosexuals in Guangzbou bear enormous pressure from daily life. High risk sexual behaviors are common. The demand and specific features of AIDS service among male homosexuals should be emphasized in AIDS prevention and control work.
