摘 要:针对接地网材料腐蚀快、寿命短、成本高的问题,研究了一种新型接地网涂层材料。采用电弧喷涂方法在碳钢表面喷涂铜铝伪合金涂层,制成AlCu14伪合金涂层材料,并对AlCu14伪合金涂层材料和镀锌材料进行室内加速腐蚀试验和动热稳定性试验。结果表明,AlCu14伪合金涂层材料具有良好的耐蚀性、导电性和动热稳定性,与镀锌材料相比更适合用作接地网材料。In order to overcome the shortcomings of general grounding grid material,such as high corrosion rate, short service life and high cost,a novel grounding grid material,AlCu14 pseudo alloy coating,was prepared by arc spraying.Accelerated corrosion testing and stability testing of dynamics and thermodynamics were carried out.The results showed that the AlCu14 pseudo alloy coating material exhibited good anti-corrosion,electric conduction properties and dynamical and thermodynamical stability.Comparing with galvanized material,AlCu14 pseudo alloy coating was more suitable as a grounding grid material.
