摘　　要：以我国已有的成功管理实例为基础,提出以业务信息生命周期管理为原则,以IT技术为手段,重构电子办公系统与电子文件管理系统为业务信息集成管理系统,打造机构内业务信息共享平台的设想。围绕这一设想,对集成后的系统重构进行功能分析,并以国内的实例进行佐证。Based on the successful management practices in China, this paper proposes to take business information life cycle management as the principle and IT as the instrument to reconstruct the existing management system into a business information integration management system, and establish a business information share platform in the organization. Focuses on this vision, the authors analyze the functions of the reconstruct integrated system and take some concrete examples to serve as evidence.
