摘 要:利用人工气候箱模拟草菇工厂化生产条件,采用筐栽、袋栽横置、袋栽竖置3种栽培方式,以4株草菇菌株为材料探讨草菇工厂化栽培模式。结果表明,筐栽模式下,原基形成时间和生产周期比袋栽显著降低。袋栽横置时,草菇的生物学效率最高,是草菇工厂化生产的推荐栽培方式。In this paper, three cultivation methods (basket cultivation, horizontal bag cultivation and vertical bag cultivation) were used to explore industrialized cultivation pattern of V. volvacea inside artificial climate chambers, which were used to simulate production environment of factory. The results showed that primordium formation time and period for cultivation of V. volvacea in basket cultivation method were significantly faster than those of two bag cultivation methods. Biological efficiency of four V. volvacea strains reached the highest in transverse bag cultivation, which showed transverse bag cultivation was a recom-mended method to industrialize cultivation of V. volvacea.
