摘　　要：Toll样受体(toll-like receptors,TLRs)是哺乳动物先天性模式识别受体,识别病原谱广泛,在人类多个系统感染性疾病中参与信号传递,激活抗感染免疫反应,在感染相关性疾病中发挥重要作用。TLRs参与了天然免疫系统对病毒的识别,在抗病毒感染中发挥重要的作用;近年来对TLRs的表达及在病毒等感染性疾病中的基因多态性、基因变异因种族而异。Toll-like receptors （TLRs） is an inherent pattern recognition receptor of mammal,which can widely recognize pathogenic microorganisms. By participating signal transduction in human＇s system infectious diseases and activating anti-infections immunity reaction,TLRs educe consequence role in infection-related desease. The expression of TLRs and its genetic polymorphism or variation in viral infection are different in ethnicity.
