摘  要:采用溶胶-凝胶法和浸渍法制得了EosinY染料敏化光催化剂EosinY-TiO2和EosinY-TiO2/SiO2,以可见光分解水制氢考察了催化剂活性,通过XRD、UV-Vis漫反射、BET和电化学对样品进行了表征。结果表明,伊红-Y敏化使TiO2对400~600nm可见光有强吸收。SiO2复合抑制了TiO2的相转变和晶粒生长,提高了TiO2对染料的吸附和对可见光的吸收,促进了光生电子和空穴的分离,提高了TiO2光催化活性和稳定性。Eosin Y-TiO2 and Eosin Y-TiO2/SiO2 are prepared by sol-gel and impregnation method. The activity of prepared photocatalyst is explored using photocatalytic hydrogen evolution under visible light irradiation. Samples are characterized by XRD,UV-Vis DRS, BET and electrochemistry method. The results show that TiO2 sensitized by Eosin Y has a very strong absorption peak from 400nm to 600nm. The prevented phase transfer and grain growth of TiO2 is inhibited due to the composite SiO2, the specific surface area and adsorption amount of Eosin Y on TiO2 sur- face is increased, and the charge separation of photogenerated electrons and holes is enhanced. Therefore the visible light photocatalytic activity and the stability of TiO2 are enhanced.
