摘 要:本文介绍了国产科学仪器产业的现状,详细分析了目前过于依赖进口科学仪器对我国人才培养和科学研究的不利影响,指出极为落后的科学仪器产业严重制约了我国高素质人才的培养和国际竞争力的提高。我国必须尽快发展全面自主的先进科学仪器产业并分析了其可行性,我国政府在目前阶段应制定仪器采购搭配和国产仪器试用制度等政策支持国产科学仪器。指出我国政府应从国家发展战略高度,尽快制定长期目标和相应的支持政策,发展全面自主的先进科学仪器产业,使我国早日成为科技创新型国家和经济强国。This paper introduces the status quo of independent scientific instruments industry, and analyzes the negative effects of depending too much on imported scientific instruments. It was specifically stated that backward scientific instrument industry has seriously restricted the training of high quality talents and the enhancement of world competitiveness of our country. This paper puts forward that the government should make purchasing and trying-on policies to support domestic scientific instruments. In the end, this paper states that the government should make a long-term planning and corresponding policies from the perspective of national development strategy, to develop an advanced scientific instruments industry with complete independent intelligent property.
