无蜗壳离心通风机性能研究

摘　　要：针对离心风机前后向叶轮分别在有无蜗壳时的情况进行了对比试验和数值模拟分析,得出了离心风机蜗壳对风机性能的影响程度以及在无蜗壳时如何尽可能降低其对性能影响的初步结论,对实际的生产、应用具有指导意义。The comparing test and numerical simulation analysis were carried out aiming at centrifugal fan impellers which were with and without a scroll. The degree of influence on fan performance by the centrifugal fan scroll was gained. The preliminary conclusion that how to minimize its impact on the performance was also found when it was in the absence of a scroll. There is instructive significance to the actual production and application.
