摘  要:针对带有加强箍的离心机转鼓,采用有限单元法,在分别考虑加强箍与筒体之间是否存在预紧力条件下,计算研究了加强箍的结构参数对转鼓壁应力的影响。计算结果表明,无论鼓箍间是否有预紧力,在等加强箍截面积条件下,箍截面的轴向尺寸大于径向尺寸时,加强箍对筒体的加强作用较其它形状要好。当加强箍截面积较小时,箍截面的高厚比对应力结果的影响不大。The finite element method was used to study the influence of the structural parameters of the reinforcing ring on the stress of centrifugal drum, under the condition that there is a precompact force between the reinforcing ring and shell or not. The effection of structural parameters of reinforcing ring on stress drum was studied. The results indicate that the reinforcing ring whose axial size is larger than the radial size can get the better reinforcing effect than the other reinforcing ring with different structure. This conclusion exists no matter if there is a precompact force or not. The depth-thickness ratio of the reinforcing ring has little influence on the stress when its cross-sectional area is small.
