摘 要:为抑制输出整流二极管反向恢复引起的电压振荡,采用原边带箝位二极管的电路拓扑设计DC/DC变换器。通过调节移相角调节输出电压,利用开关管的结电容和外接电容以及原边串联电感作为谐振元件,使开关管能进行零电压开通和关断,与传统的移相变换器相比,在变压器原边增加了2个二极管对输出整流二极管进行箝位,实验表明,该方案在实现开关管零电压开通和关断的同时,能够抑制输出整流二极管两端的电压振荡,减小输出整流二极管的电压应力。In order to restrain voltage oscillation caused by reverse recovery of the rectifier diodes, a DG/DC converter which adopts two clamping diodes in the first side of transformer is designed in the paper. The converter adjusted output voltage through changed phase, realized zero-voltage-switching with the help of parasitic and parallel capacitance and series inductance. Compared to traditional phase-shifted converter, it adds two diodes to transformer primary side for clamping output rectifier diodes. The experimental results show that the presented scheme realizes zero-voltage-switching, effectively eliminate voltage parasitic oscillation,and reduce the output voltage of rectifier diodes.
