摘　　要：借助《中文社会科学引文索引》(CSSCI)相关数据,对1998-2007年知识产权被引文献进行内容研究与计量分析,显示影响中国社会科学的知识产权研究成果的结构特征,凸现具有重要学术影响与贡献的知识产权研究者与传播机构,揭示各类知识产权研究成果的学术影响力及其发展态势。By using the citation analysis and the word frequency analysis of bibliographical metrology, the paper undertakes a content research and quantitative analysis about the quoted documents on intellectual property right from 1998 -2007 with the benefit of the re- lated data of Chinese Social Sciences Citation Index （CSSCI） based on quantification. There appear to the structural features influencing intellectual property study on social sciences in China and the research workers and research organizations with very important academic effect. The paper demonstrates the academic impact and development tendency of the intellectual property study and the research topics and highlights of intellectual property cared about in the social science field in China.
