摘　　要：目的:通过对外固定器矫形术的患者进行围术期护理,缓解其心理压力,使患者配合治疗,同时及时观察病情变化,向医生及时反映患者状况,为术后安全及功能的顺利康复提供保障。方法:通过术前、术后的心理护理、专科护理,解除患者心理负担,减少或消除并发症的发生,定期复查X线片,及时了解骨痂生长情况,并进行及时有效的功能锻炼。结果:通过制定详细的围术期护理计划,有效地缓解了患者的心理压力,使患者按计划进行康复治疗及护理,取得了满意的治疗效果。结论:通过优质的围术期护理,使患者身心均得以康复。Objective To discuss the effect of perioperative nursing on half- ring sulcated external fixator for congenital pseudarthrosis orthopedics of tibia. Method Through the psychological and specialized care to release the psychological pressure of patients, reduce or avoid complication, recheck X -ray regularly, find the development of osteotylus in time, do exercises duly and effectively. Results The nursing in perioperative of the tibia orthopedics can release the psychological pressure of the patients and make them therapeutic alliance. And simultaneously observe the patients＇state of illness and report the condition to doctors in time, give guarantee to the safety after surgery and the smooth recovery. Conclusion Through the high -quality nursing during perioperation,both of the physical and mental health of patients can recover.
