摘　　要：目的:探讨肩关节置换包括人工肱骨头〔半肩关节(PSA)〕和全肩关节置换(TSA)术后的康复锻炼方法和效果。方法:为12例半肩关节置换术后患者制定康复计划,出院后随访8个月至2年3个月。结果:10例(82.5%)严格遵照既定康复计划锻炼者功能恢复满意,2例未严格执行患者出现并发症。结论:PSA/TSA患者严格遵照康复计划,并长期坚持锻炼,可较好的恢复肩关节的运动功能。Objective To analyze the exercise methods and outcomes following shoulder replacement （including PSA and TSA ）. Method Postoperative rehabilitation programs were developed for the 12 cases underwent PSA and followed - up 8 months to 2 year 3 months after discharged from hospital. Results Ten cases were satisfied after strict accordance with the established functional recovery exercise, and the other 2 cases did not strictly enforce the complications. Conclusion PSA/TSA patients should strict accordance with the rehabilitation program and long - standing exercise, may be get more satisfied with the movement to restore shoulder function.
