摘　　要：设计了一个采用多线程编程技术的用电管理信息系统的整体架构与软件功能模块,详细分析了系统中多线程技术的实现、线程的划分及线程之间的关系。该系统充分利用了多线程同时执行多任务的特性,完成了实时大规模电力抄表、自动电表充值和数据管理等任务。The whole framework and software function modules of an electric power management information system using multi-thread programming technology are designed. The implementing of mniti-thread technology, the thread partitioning and the relation between threads in the system are analyzed in detail. Fully utilizing the characteristic of multiple threads running simultaneously to implement multiple tasks, the system achieves the tasks such as large-scale power meter reading, automatic power meter charging and data management in real time.
