摘 要:在原有构筑物的基础上,针对原有淀粉废水处理工艺存在问题进行工艺改造,通过完善预处理、强化生物处理过程,采用UASB+CASS工艺处理,当进水COD、BOD5、SS、NH3-N分别为7 522、4 876、3 108、29.4 mg.L-1时,出水COD、BOD5、SS、NH3-N分别为97、25、88、19mg.L-1,去除率可分别达到98.7%、99.5%、97.2%、35.4%。出水达到污水综合排放标准(GB 8978-1996)二级标准。Some measures were taken to reconstruct the wastewater treatment plant on the basis of primary structures, such as improving pretreatment, strengthening biological treatment. UASB and CASS were used in Starch Producing Wastewater Treatment. The results indicated that the removal rates could reached 98.7%, 99.5%, 97.2% and 35.4% for COD, BOD5, SS and NH3-N respectively when the influent concentration of COD, BOD5, SS and NH3-N were 7 522, 4 876, 3 108 mg·L^-1 and 29.4 mg·L^-1 , and the effluent concentration of COD, BOD5, SS and NH3-N were 97, 25, 88 mg·L^-1 and 19 mg·L^-1 respectively which both reached the Ⅱ -class criteria specified in the discharge standard of tannery effluent treatment plant(GB 8978-- 1996).
