摘　　要：比较了研磨法和超声法测定浮游植物叶绿素a结果表明,丙酮-超声法对浮游植物叶绿素a的萃取效率优于研磨法,人为误差小、精密度较高、且简便安全。The comparative study on grinding extraction and acetone- ultrasound extraction in the determination of Chlorophyll - a was conducted. It was found that compared to the standard grinding method, the acetone - ultrasound method had the improvements of artificial error, high precision, operational simplicity and safety.
