摘　　要：车身制造工艺是车身开发重要内容之一,是实现客户价值的关键环节。在产品开发中,早期体现车身制造工艺的要求是实现质量提升和成本降低的有效手段。文章概述了车身制造工艺的主要特征和车身开发流程,阐述了如何在技术和流程上早期体现车身制造工艺的要求,最后对技术开发与制造工艺相结合提出了新的展望。The manufacturing process is major step in body structure development and is also key point to realize customer value.The early input of manufacturing requirement is the most efficient solution to improve quality and reduce cost during advanced body structure development.Main manufacturing features and body development process are introduced and how to be integrated into advanced body design is being emphasized in the article.
