摘　　要：针对VS1型真空断路器在合闸时经常出现的合闸线圈烧毁事故,在现场对一起典型合闸线圈烧毁故障进行了测试分析,找到了线圈烧毁的原因:跳、合闸线圈通过电流时断路器不动作,则切断线圈电流的辅助接点不能正常打开,线圈一直带电,时间稍长,烧毁线圈。给出了故障处理措施:更换储能保持掣子的顶轴,使储能保持掣子在滚轮中的扣入深度变浅;更换合闸线圈连杆的铜质顶帽及紧固螺丝,增大合闸线圈连杆的冲程。同时,为避免此类故障的重复发生,总结了在日常检修维护中需要注意的一些问题。To solve the problem that the VS1 circuit breaker closing coil often burn-out when closing, using a instance to test and analysis at the scene, the reason of the closing coil burn-out is found, and the disposal methods for solving the malfunction are given. At the same time, to avoid the malfunction often appearing, summarizing some detail in routine maintenance.
