摘　　要：SF6开关设备普遍存在内部绝缘薄弱、气体泄漏、机械失灵等缺陷,根据对设备运行状况及诊断技术的调研,决定在超声局放、激光成像及内窥镜检测技术上进行研究。结果表明,它能有效判断设备的运行状况,在故障发生之前及早做出处理措施,大大提高了设备可靠性。Internal insulation weakness, gas leaks, mechanical failure and other defects are existed in most of SF6 switchgear. Based on the operation condition and diagnostic technique, ultrasound PD, laser imaging and endoscopic detection have been studied. The application effect shows that above technique can effectively determine the operating condition make early treatment measures before the fault occurred, and greatly improve the reliability of equipment.
