摘　　要：随着"三网融合"不断推进,互联网业务向多媒体方向发展,用户对宽带上网的带宽需求呈现出多样化的发展趋势,提供动态带宽的宽带接入业务将成为运营商差异化竞争的手段。文章论述了动态带宽实现的技术,带宽分配的主要形式和系统功能。通过动态带宽分配技术使电信运营商能够更灵活高效地满足用户需求,提升运营商的服务质量,使宽带资产创造更大的价值。With the surging of Internet multimedia services, there are diversified bandwidth requirements to access the Interact. Dynamic bandwidth allocation in ADSL broadband access can provide a tool for differential competition for telecom operators. The article discusses about the technology for dynamic bandwidth allocation and introduces the function of the system, with which telecom operators may satisfy the consumer need, improve service quality, and create higher value.
