竹红菌甲素高产菌株筛选

摘　　要：采用平板培养、液态发酵、有机溶剂浸提、紫外-可见光分光光度法等一系列技术手段,对产于安徽南部的竹黄菌和广西的毛竹内生菌的不同菌株菌落形态、色泽进行了观察,并对其次生代谢产物的主要有效成分竹红菌甲素的含量进行了比较分析。结果表明,供试菌株各检测数据之间的差异均达到极显著水平;分离自广西毛竹内生菌菌株ZZZ-817是一株竹红菌甲素高产菌株,竹红菌甲素液体发酵产量达1 760.9 mg.L-1。In this study,colony characteristics of different strains such as Shiraia bambusicola from southern Anhui and endophytic fungi of Phyllostachys edulis from Guangxi on PDA medium were observed.The yield of hypocrellin A was comparatively analyzed by UV-Visible Spectrophotometry.The results showed that the test data of different strains of S.bambusicola were quite remarkable;and an endophytic fungus ZZZ-817 isolated from P.edulis was a high-yielding strain of hypocrellin A.The yield of hypocrellin A reached 1760.9 mg·L-1.
