摘  要:以PRL和POU1F1为影响鸡产蛋数的候选基因,采用PCR-SSCP方法检测白耳鸡PRL基因调控区和POU1F1基因外显子3区域的单核苷酸多态性,并分析PRL、POU1F1基因多态位点和两基因聚合基因型与72周龄产蛋数的关联。结果表明:PRL调控区的插入/缺失基因型AA型和POU1F1基因exon3的突变(A5331T)基因型CC型与72周龄产蛋数显著相关(P<0.05),AA、CC型对产蛋数的加性效应分别为3.65和3.57。聚合基因型AACC型个体72周龄产蛋数(除AACD型外)与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。两基因间的互作效应并不显著(P>0.05)。The PRL and POU1F1 genes in Baier chicken were selected as candidate genes,PCR-SSCP method was used to identify the polymorphism sites in the promoter region of PRL(prolactin) gene and in the exon 3 region of POU1F1(neuropeptide Y)gene.Association between the founded polymorphism sites as well as pyramiding genotypes and egg production traits were tested by least square analysis.The results showed the founded polymorphism sites PRL had significant correlation with the egg number at 72 weeks(P0.05).The genotype AA additive effect for PRL genes was 3.65.The founded polymorphism sites POU1F1 had significant correlation with 72 weeks of age egg production.The genotype CC additive effect for POU1F1 genes was 3.57.The pyramiding genotype AACC had higher 72 weeks of age egg production than that of other pyramiding genotypes(P0.05).The interaction effect was not significant(P0.05).
