中国烤烟含钾量的区域特征研究

摘　　要：为深入了解中国烤烟钾含量的区域特征和分布情况,2003～2006年连续4年在全国主要烟区进行调查取样,利用调查获取的2 712份烤烟样品数据,对中国烤烟钾含量的基本统计特征、地区差异、品种差异和部位差异进行了研究。结果表明,我国烤烟钾含量普遍偏低,钾含量〈1.0%的烤烟样品占2.36%,钾含量在1.0%～2.0%的烤烟样品占57.08%;我国烤烟钾含量在烟区、品种、部位间存在显著或极显著差异,表现为南方烟区烤烟钾含量高于北方烟区,不同品种在不同烟区的钾含量表现存在一定的差异,不同部位烤烟钾含量表现为下部叶〉中部叶〉上部叶;钾含量偏低的烤烟和钾含量极低的烤烟主要分布在北方烟区和南方烟区中的云贵烟区,分别达77.52%和96.88%。For deeply understanding regional characteristics of potassium content in flue-cured tobacco and correlations between potassium content and other chemical components,basic statistical characteristics of potassium content in flue-cured tobacco,different potassium content between regions,varieties and stalk positions were studied.The result indicates that 57.08% of the samples are of low potassium content（1.0%～2.0%） and 2.36% of the samples are of extremly low potassium content（1.0%）;Potassium content in flue-cured tobacco is of significant difference between regions,varieties and stalk positions,potassium content in south regions is higher than that in north regions,potassium content of underside leaves are higher than that of centre and top leaves.Most of flue-cured tobaccos with lower potassium content were all from the northern,Guizhou and Yunnan Province.
