摘　　要：针对空气测氡的要求,首先理论上阐述扩散累积式氡气测量原理,然后基于这一原理,系统介绍了一款基于金硅面垒型半导体探测器的空气测氡仪的设计方案。实验数据表明该方案可行,性能符合相关国家标准规定的对室内氡气检测的要求。The paper expatiates the air radon detection principle in diffusion cumulative theory that aims at the demand of the air radon measurement. Based on this theory, the paper introduces one air radon monitor design which is based on gold silicon surface barrier semiconductor detector in system. From the experimental data it can be concluded that the design is reasonable and the requirement is suited to the demand of radon detection and to meet the national standards required.
