摘  要:以烤烟品种JY-02为试验材料,研究不同灌溉方法对烤后烟中质体色素及其降解产物含量的影响。结果表明,灌水可以使烟叶中叶绿素和类胡萝卜素的含量增加,其中以注水处理最高;灌水处理烟叶中叶绿素降解产物新植二烯含量和类胡萝卜素降解产物含量均较对照不灌水处理有很大提高,其中也以注水处理最高;不同灌溉方法对烤后烟叶中化学成分含量有一定影响但不明显,各处理化学成分含量比值均在适宜范围内。因此,在烟草栽培中可以采取注水的灌溉方法,以提高烟叶的质量。The flue-cured tobacco variety JY-02 was used as test material to detect the effects of different irrigation modes on the contents of chromoplast pigment and its degradation products in flue-cured tobacco leaves. The results showed that irrigation could increase the contents of chlorophyll and carotenoid and the injection mode could increase more chlorophyll and carotenoid than the other modes. Comparing with CK, the contents of neophytadiene degraded from chlorophyll and the degradation products of carotenoid were greatly increased in every treat- merit,among which the injection mode was also the best. Different irrigation modes had some effects on the contents of chemical constituents in the flue-cured tobacco with moderate ratios of chemical constituents, but the effects were not obvious. Therefore, irrigation could be used in the tobacco cultivation to improve the quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves.
