摘  要:本试验研究了藁本对桔全爪螨的触杀活性,分别测定了藁本乙醇、无水乙醚、乙酸乙酯、苯和丙酮平行提取物的杀螨活性。以乙醇提取物对桔全爪螨成螨的触杀活性最强,LC50=0.0001mg.mL-1,对桔全爪螨成螨产卵抑制作用也最好,抑制率达到47.15%,所需浓度是0.165 mg.mL-1;丙酮提取物对桔全爪螨卵的触杀活性最强,LC50=0.204 mg.mL-1。进一步将藁本乙醇提取物萃取分离获得组分G1和G2,并测定它们的杀螨活性,发现组分G1、G2均具有杀螨杀卵活性,组分G2还具有较好的杀卵活性(LC50=0.0094 mg.mL-1)和产卵抑制作用(72.13%)。Acaricidal activity of Ligusticum sinense against Partonychus citri was tested in the laboratory. Five solvents were used to prepare crude extracts: ethanol,ether,ethyl acetate,benzene and acetone, among which ethanol was the most effective one. The results showed that ethanol extracts of L. sinense had eminent acarieidal activity and oviposition inhibition effect ,which the LCso values of female mites was 0. 0001 mg·mL^-1 ,the oviposition inhibition effect (47.15 % ) against P. citriwhen the used dose was 0. 165 mg·mL^-1. The acetone extract of L. sinense had the best ovicidal activities. The LCs0 values of eggs were 0. 204 mg·mL^-1. After liquid chromatography and thin layer chromatography, the concentrated extracts were separated into 2 groups of fractions and further tests for their acaricidal and ovicidal activities were conducted. Fractions G1 and G2 were found to possess acaricidal and ovieidal activities. Fraction G2 was found to possess higher ovicidal activities (LC50 values of eggs was 0. 0094 mg·mL^-1 ) and oviposition inhibition effect (72. 13 % ).
