摘  要:在田间试验条件下,以巨峰葡萄为材料,研究了果实膨大期施用高效生物钾肥和磷酸二氢钾对葡萄叶片光合特性和果实品质的影响。结果表明,根施300倍高效生物钾肥和叶面喷施0.2%磷酸二氢钾显著促进了巨峰葡萄叶片叶绿素合成,提高了叶片净光合速率(Pn)和叶绿素荧光参数PSⅡ实际光化学效率(ΦPSⅡ)、潜在光化学活性(Fv/Fo)、光化学猝灭系数(qP),降低了非光化学猝灭系数(NPQ)值,提高了果实硬度和可溶性固形物含量,促进了果实着色,其中,根施300倍高效生物钾肥效果最好。The effect of high-efficient biological potassium fertilizer and potassium dihydrogen phosphate fertilizer for grape in different application methods on photosynthetic characteristics and quality of Kyoho grape were studied in field experiment, the results showed that the application in root with 300 diluted liquid of high-efficient biological potassium fertilizer and 0.2 % potassium dihydrogen phosphate fertilizer used on leaves could promote the synthesis of chlorophyll, significantly increase SPAD value, photosynthetic rate, the chlorophyll fluorescence dynamics parameters, φPSⅡ ,Fv/Fo, qP and decease non-photochemical quenching efficient (NPQ) in leaves. High-efficient biological potassium fertilizer and potassium d/hydrogen phosphate fertilizer for grape application also increased the soluble solid content in grapes,fruit firmness and promoted the coloring formation of fruit. The application in root with 300 diluted liquid of High-efficient biological potassium fertilizer was the best.
