摘　　要：介绍了百度"知道"的发展和运作状况,分析了其所具有的优势特征,在此基础上,研究了其对图书馆数字参考咨询服务的影响与启示。This paper has made a brief introduction of the development and operation of Baidu ＂Zhidao＂ and analyzed its advantages.On the basis of these,the paper has studied its influence and enlightenments on the libraries digital reference service.
