摘　　要：目的探讨产后清宫术前使用米索前列醇对术后出血的影响。方法采用双盲法对两组共66例产后胎盘残留患者行负压吸引术清宫的术后出血情况进行观察,其中观察组30人,采用宫颈注射缩宫素;对照组36人,采用术前30min后穹窿给予米索前列醇。记录两组患者术后出血总量和出血持续时间。结果对照组患者清宫术后的出血总量小于观察组(P<0.01),出血持续时间明显短于观察组(P<0.05)。结论对产后胎盘残留患者清宫术前阴道给予米索前列醇可加强宫缩,减少术后出血总量和出血持续时间,值得临床推广应用。Objective To exploretheeffect of takingmisoprostol inposterior vaginal fornixbeforepostpartum curettage on postoperative bleeding.Methods Double blind methods were employed to observe the postoperative bleeding in 66 patients with placental residual after curettage by vacuum suction.36 cases in observation group were took misoprostol in posterior vaginal fornix 30 minutes before operation,while 30 cases in control group were injected oxytocin in cervix uteri.The postoperative bleeding volume and duration were recorded in two groups.Results The postoperative bleeding volume in observation group was less than that in control group（P 0.01）,and the bleeding duration was shorter in observation group than in control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion Taking misoprostol in posterior vaginal fornix before postpartum curettage can strengthen uterine contraction,and then reduce the postoperative bleeding volume and time duration,and hence was worth generalizing in clinic.
