摘  要:考察了以电石渣、粉煤灰为主要原料的胶结料对河道底泥固化改性效果的影响,通过正交试验确定了胶结料最佳掺量及配比,即胶结料掺比25%、胶结料中电石渣与粉煤灰的配比1∶4、激发剂掺比0.5%,固化体7d的抗压强度达到填方材料0.2MPa的要求,并具有良好的水稳定性和长期抗表面浸出能力。Effect of cementitious material mainly made up of carbide slag and fly ash, on efficiency for solidification of river sediment was investigated. The best admixture amount and proportioning ratio of cementitious material were determined by the orthogonal test. The results showed that the mixing amount of cementitious material is 25%, the proportioning ratio of carbide slag and fly ash in the cementitious material is 1:4, and the mixing amount of activator is O. 5%. The compressive strength for 7 days of the solidified body reaches 0. 2 MPa as requirement of filling material. It also has good water stability and capacity of resistance to long-term surface leaching.
