摘　　要：以美国Microsoft公司VC6.0软件开发语言为基石,利用ODBC数据库接口读取Microsoft Access 2000数据库信息,采用软件构件技术,构建了具有设计合理、技术先进、操作方便、运行可靠和实用性强的天津市生活垃圾基础数据管理系统。该系统包括常规垃圾调查数据、垃圾粒度2个子库,可对生活垃圾信息进行快速查询与传递,并及时准确地报告数据统计结果,实现了对天津市生活垃圾信息的动态管理。Based on VC6.0 software development language from Microsoft Corporation, using ODBC data base to reading Microsoft Access 2000 data base information, and using software component technology, data base management system of domestic waste for Tianjin was built up. The system has some advantages, such as reasonable design, advanced technology, convenient handling, reliable operation and strong practicability. The system has two subdata base, including routine investigation and particle size of waste. It can fast query and transfer information about domestic waste, report statistical results timely and accurately, and realize dynamic management of domestic waste information for Tianjin.
