周期使用量分析对医院制剂精细化管理的意义

摘　　要：目的对制剂生产、供应进行精细化管理。方法以医院开发的《药品综合查询》程序对19种代表制剂周期使用量进行汇总,以Excel2000程序对汇总数据进行统计分析。结果 19种代表制剂中,多数制剂周期使用量RSD在25%以下,为稳定使用型制剂;少数制剂周期使用量RSD在35%以上,为波动使用型制剂。结论以1/3制剂效期为时间单元对制剂进行管理,可达到较好的管理目的 。Objective To analyze the periodical used amounts of preparations to obtain the fine management of preparation production and supply. Methods Drug Integrated Query Program developed by our hospital was used to gain the periodical used amounts of 19 kinds of representative preparations and Excel 2000 Program was adopted to carry out statistical analysis on the summarized data. Results The periodical used amounts of the preparations and their means, standard deviation, relative standard deviation（RSD） were obtained. RSD of the periodical used amounts in most of preparations, which belonged to constantly used type, was less than 25%, while RSD of the periodical used amounts in a few preparations, which belonged to fiuctuately type, was more than 35%. Conclusion Using one third of preparation expiry period as time unit to manage the preparation production and supply can gain better effect of fine management.
