摘　　要：通过对大众艺术体操自身特点的剖析,对艺术体操的美学价值、健身价值、社会价值、教育价值、艺术价值进行理论性的探讨,旨在为大众艺术体操的科学发展奠定理论基础,并提供一定的理论参考。In this article,analysis of the mass rhythmic gymnastics own characteristics,combined with aesthetics,sociology,physiology,psychology,education and other related disciplines,from different angles,mainly on the aesthetic value of artistic gymnastics,fitness values,social values,educational value,artistic value of the theory,thereby enriching the general public to improve the basic theory of artistic gymnastics,rhythmic gymnastics aimed at the general public to lay a theoretical foundation for the scientific development and to provide a theoretical reference.
