摘　　要：论述了光子计数成像器件的基本原理，对多阳极微通道板阵列器件、叠合阳极、楔条形阳极和Si位敏阳极结构的光子计数成像器件分别作了介绍，给出了GDB-601型MCP－PMT的一些实验结果。The operating principle of the photon-counting imager was discussed,and various types of photocounting imager, including the multi-anode-microchannel-array device, the concidence anode photo-counting imager, the wedge and/or stripe-shaped anode photo-counting imager,and the silicon position sensitive detector photo-counting imager were reviewal. The experimental results of GDB-601 MCP-PMT type were also presented.
