坎地沙坦对动脉粥样硬化大鼠肝功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨坎地沙坦对动脉粥样硬化大鼠肝功能的影响。方法通过给正常大鼠饲喂高脂饲料,建立动脉粥样硬化大鼠模型;将实验大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、坎地沙坦低、中、高剂量组。12周后腹主静脉取血,检测各组肝功能各项指标。结果模型组大鼠肝功能主要指标(ALT、AST)较正常对照组显著升高(P<0.01);灌胃坎地沙坦12周后,坎地沙坦低、中、高剂量组肝功能主要指标明显改善,较模型组显著降低(P<0.01),其中中剂量组对肝功能指标改善的效果优于高、低剂量组。结论坎地沙坦能有效减轻动脉粥样硬化时的肝损伤,改善肝功能,尤以中剂量组效果显著。Objective To investigate the effects of Candesartan on liver function in Atherosclerosis model rats. Methods Normal rats were fed with high lipid feed stuff to set up atherosclerosis rat model. The test rats were randomly divided into normal group,atherosclerosis model group,low,medium and high dose group of Candesartan.The liver function indexes in rats of each group were determined. Results Compared with normal group,main indices of liver function （ALT and AST）in model group had significantly increased （P〈0.01）. After 12 weeks treated with different doses of Candesartan,compared with model group,the main indexes of liver function （ALT and AST）had decreased significantly （P〈0.01）,and the medium dose group had better results than the other Candesartan group in improving liver function. Conclusion Candesartan can relieve liver injury and improve liver function obviously in atherosclerosis rats, efficience of medium group is obvious especially.
