摘　　要：目的了解获得性免疫缺陷综合征防疫人员心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法采用自编一般情况问卷、症状自评量表、应付方式问卷对127名获得性免疫缺陷综合征防疫人员和150名非获得性免疫缺陷综合征防疫人员,进行问卷调查,将结果进行对照研究,并分析心理健康的影响因素。结果获得性免疫缺陷综合征防疫人员的人际关系敏感、焦虑、抑郁和躯体化因子得分均高于常模(P<0.05或P<0.01),人际关系敏感和焦虑得分与非获得性免疫缺陷综合征防疫人员差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其应对方式在求助因子得分上明显低于非获得性免疫缺陷综合征防疫人员(P<0.05),心理健康的主要影响因素为女性、自责、求助和年龄。结论获得性免疫缺陷综合征防疫人员的心理健康状况存在一定问题,女性、自责、求助、年龄是获得性免疫缺陷综合征防疫人员心理健康的主要影响因素。Objective To identify the mental health situation and coping style of prevention personnel of AIDS and provide a basis in the implement of the mental intervention and the establishment of the related policy for prevention personnel of AIDS. Methods 127 prevention personnel of AIDS and 150 non -AIDS prevention personnel were tested with SCL-90 and CSQ, the results of AIDS prevention personnel were compared with that of non-AIDS prevention personnel and Chinese mold. Results The score of AIDS prevention personnel in social interaction、anxiety、depression and somatization factor was higher than that of Chinese mold（P〈0.05 或 P 〈0.01）. There was significant difference in the score of social interaction and anxiety factor between the AIDS and non-AIDS prevention personnel （P〈0.05）. The score of AIDS prevention personnel in asking for help was lower than that of non-AIDS prevention personnel （P〈0.05）. Impact factors of mental health state were the female, self -reproaching, asking for help and age. Conclusion Certain problems exist in the prevention personnel of AIDS, female, self-reproaching, asking for help and the age are the main influencial factors.
