摘　　要：为加强医学实验教学中心实验室安全与环保日常管理工作,就如下几个方面问题进行了分析:明确管理职能,落实安全责任制,加强实验室安全检查监督力度;建立健全实验室安全管理制度,加强安全教育;加强危险化学品、剧毒麻醉药品、易制毒化学品、菌种及管制化学品的管理;加强"三废"和生物废弃物管理,为医学实验室安全与环保的日常工作提供借鉴与思考。This article described the experience of daily management of medical lab safety and environmental protection according to the idea and practice of medical experiment teaching center：Clearing management function and implement safety responsibility system, strengthening laboratory safety inspection and supervision, establishing management system of lab safety and strengthening the education of lab safety and environmental protection. Strengthening the control of dangerous chemicals, poisonous and narcotic drugs, precursor precursor chemicals and strains, strictly enforce work procedure of lab safety, environmental protection; establishing and perfecting the fire prevention facilities, lab safety and environmental protection measures. Strengthening the consciousness of environmental protection and the management of＂three wastes＂, biological waste and experimental animal bodies.
