黑龙江省现代农业发展中财政农业支出分析

摘　　要：黑龙江省作为中国的农业大省,又是国家重要的商品粮基地,粮食供给充分,生产的粮食除满足自身需求外,主要承担了国家粮食安全储备、粮食的省际调拨等任务。近年来,黑龙江省正处于由传统农业向现代农业转型的过渡阶段。因此,根据黑龙江省财政农业支出的分析,加大政府财政支农支出,对促进现代农业发展至关重要。As Heilongjiang Province is a major agricultural province and important Commodity Grain Production Base in China, Heilongjiang Province has provided a great deal of commodity grains for our country and has made an important contribution to national food security , meeting not only the demands in the prov- ince, but also undertaking the tasks of grain allocation and transportation among provinces. The grain con- sumption and demand in Heilongjiang Province has characteristics as follows： ration demands decrease slight： ly, grain feed and industrial grain increase fast, grain seed are stable. At present , Heilongjiang Province is in a period of the transformation from traditional agriculture to modem agriculture. Therefore, it is significant for Heilongjiang Province to promote the development of modem agriculture according to an analysis of financial expenditures on agriculture. It is also essential to increase government financial support for agriculture.
