摘 要:研究了含银粗铋真空蒸馏精炼的可能性和规律性。试验结果表明,采用真空蒸馏法精炼粗铋在技术上是可行的。所采用的工艺条件为:蒸馏温度900~950℃;时间15~20min;系统残余气体压强25~40Pa;熔体深度4~5.4mm。经一级真空蒸馏粗铋,产出率达98%以上,精铋中铁、铜含量低于一号精铋国家规定含量标准;要得到铅、银等杂质含量均低于1号或2号精铋国家规定含量标准的精铋产品,需采用多级真空蒸馏精炼粗铋。与传统工艺相比,含银粗铋真空精炼具有流程短、银回收率高、节约生产成本、改善劳动条件及提高劳动生产率等优点。Vacuum refining of crude bismuth with silver as main impurity has been investigated. Our preliminary re-sults showed that vacuum distillation is technically feasible under the following favorable operating conditions .Distillation temperature:900~ 95℃; time: 15 ~ 20 min; residual pressure 25~ 40 Pa and the melt depth:4~5.4 mm.The bismuth yield in one distillation stage could be higher than 98% with much lower iron and copper impurity contents than the Chi nese standards of No. 1 refined bismuth. Multistage vacuum distillation may provide high purity product with lead and sil-ver impurities lower than that specified by the standards of the No. 1 and No. 2 refined bismuth. The many advantages over conventional processing were also discussed, including shorter production line ,lower production cost ,better working conditions, higher efficiency, etc.
