间苯三酚在分娩第一产程中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨间苯三酚在第一产程治疗宫颈水肿中的作用及其促进产程和对母婴安全的影响。方法将278例宫口扩张缓慢或有宫颈水肿活跃期延缓的头位单胎初产妇分为观察组和对照组各139例,观察组给予间苯三酚40mg静脉推注,对照组给予地西泮(商品名:安定)10mg静脉推注,观察两组产程进展、阴道分娩率、新生儿Apgar评分及产后出血发生率。结果观察组活跃期时间为(3.12±0.23)小时,明显短于对照组的(4.27±0.15)小时(P<0.05);观察组第二产程时间为(43.21±1.13)分钟,对照组为(43.19±2.14)分钟;观察组阴道分娩率为82.01%,对照组为80.92%;观察组产后出血量为(158.18±12.03)ml,对照组为(160.31±13.11)ml;观察组新生儿Apgar评分为(9.76±0.17)分,对照组为(9.75±0.11)分,两组间各项指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论间苯三酚有加速宫颈扩张和促进产程的作用,对母儿无不良影响,值得推广。Objective To discuss Phloroglucinol in the first stage of labor for cervical edema and its efficacy of promoting labor and safety of maternal and child. Methods Two hundred and seventy-eight cases of fetal head position and singleton primipara with slow dilatation of cervix or cervical edema active phase delay were randomly divided into the observation group of 139 cases and the control group of 139 cases. The observation group was given Phloroglucinol of 40mg by intravenous injection. The control group was given Diazepam of 10rag by intravenous injection. We observed the progress of labor, incidence of vaginal delivery, neonatal Apgar score and post-partum haemorrhage. Results The active period of time in observation group was （ 3.12 ± 0. 23 ） hour, significantly shorter than the control group （4. 27 ± 0. 15 ） h （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The second stage of labor time in observation group was（43.21 ±1.13 ） min, while that in control group was （43. 19 ± 2. 14） min（P 〉 0. 05）. Incidence of vaginal delivery in observation group was 82. 01%, while that in control group was 80. 92% （P 〉 0. 05 }. There were no statistically significant differences in postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal Apgar score between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Phloroglucinol is able to accelerate the dilatation of cervical and promote the labor, With no harmful effects on maternal and children, and is worth to. be widely adopted.
