和谐社会视角下我国行政听证制度的发展与完善

摘　　要：行政听证制度是现代民主政治发展的重要标志,它体现了民主、法治、公平、正义等价值理念,理应是和谐社会构建的题中之意。行政听证制度在我国还属于初创阶段,还存在着一些问题,其功能也还没有完全发挥出来。在和谐社会理论的指导下,探讨通过加强民主建设和法治建设、健全听证程序、扩大行政听证信息的公开度和透明度、加强对行政听证的监督和救济等途径来不断地发展和完善我国的行政听证制度。Administrative hearing system is an important symbol of modern democratic political development,which embodies a democratic,rule of law,equity,justice and other values and ideals,should build a harmonious society in the meaning of the title.Administrative hearing system in China is still part of start-up phase,it still exist some problems,its function has not been fully realized.In this paper,the theory of a harmonious society under the guidance of the building through the strengthening of democracy and the rule of law,improve the hearing process to expand the administrative hearing information,openness and transparency,strengthen the supervision of administrative hearings and relief and other ways to continuously develop and improve our administrative hearing system.
