摘  要:本文以作者研制的空调用封闭式冷却塔为研究对象,对冷却塔的传热传质过程进行了深入的理论分析和计算;在此基础上,建立了封闭式冷却塔的动态理论模型,利用该模型,对封闭式冷却塔的热工性能进行了动态仿真。建立了封闭式冷却塔的热工性能实验台,系统地研究了喷淋水量、空气流量、入口空气湿球温度等参数对冷却塔性能的影响。实验结果与理论计算结果相一致,验证了模型的可靠性。Theory analysis and calculation of heat transfer and mass transfer of closed cooling towers that are made by authors are deeply carried out.Then dynamic theory models of new cooling towers are presented and dynamic simulation of the thermodynamic performance of those are accomplished by the models.Experimental platform of thermodynamic performance of these cooling towers is founded and it is systematically studied that spray water rate,air volume and air wet bulb temperature have an effect on the property of cooling towers.Test results have shown good agreement with theory calculation those and reliablity of models is tested and verified.
