摘　　要：科学发展观是发展中国特色社会主义的重要战略思想,辽宁在贯彻落实科学发展观的过程中结合历史和现实状况,以唯物史观基本原理为指导,形成了具有辽宁特色的科学发展之路,根据人的历史主体地位原理,以民生为突破口,深入贯彻以人为本理念;运用生产力和生产关系的基本原理,保增长促发展,实现辽宁全面振兴发展;运用矛盾普遍联系的基本原理,解难题促和谐,实现辽宁协调发展;运用人与自然辩证统一的原理,环保攻坚惠民,实现辽宁可持续发展;运用唯物主义系统方法论,坚持统筹兼顾。The scientific concept of development is an important strategic thought to develop the socialism with Chinese characteristics. In the process of implementing the scientific concept of development, Liaoning province combines its history with reality, takes the basic principle of historical materialism as guidance, and has formed a developing road with Liaoning characteristics： taking people＇s life as breakthrough, adhering to the human-oriented idea, and realizing the comprehensive, sustainable and overall development of Liaoning.
