摘 要:利用热重/差热同步测量仪在不同升温速率(5,10,20,30℃/min)和氮气气氛下对HDPE、LLDPE、LDPE的热分解行为进行研究。研究表明,三种聚乙烯的热分解只有一个分解过程,均为一级反应,热分解温度随升温速率β呈线性增加,并用Coats-Redfern、Kissinger及Ozawa法计算了HDPE、LLDPE、LDPE的热分解反应活化能E、反应级数n及频率因子A。The thermal gravimetric analysis (TG) was used to study the thermal decomposition of HDPE, LLDPE and LDPE in the fluid of air or N2. The results showed pyrolysis reaction of HDPE,LLDPE and LDPE has just one major process, and the decomposition reactions of were first order reaction. Also the affect of the heating rate 13 on the thermal decomposition temperature was discussed, and it showed that the thermal decomposition temperature increased with β linearly. The activation energy, reaction order and pre - exponential factor were evaluated from common TG curves by Coats- Redfern,Kissinger and Ozawa methods.
