摘　　要：李惠堂是中国近代著名的足球运动员,其足球运动生涯极具传奇色彩。他"脚踢足球、手写文章",是近代中国探索足球理论的先驱。他的足球实践与理念对今日中国足球的发展具有重要的启示。Lee Huitang was a famous soccer player in Chinese modem times, and hiscoccer career was full of legends. He ＂kicked football in foot, and wrote article in hand＂, and was a pioneer to explorate the soccer theory in modem Chinese. His soccer practice and Ideology still had the important enlightenment to the Chinese soccer＇s development in today.
