摘　　要：通过分析地震灾区灾后重建工程造价控制存在的建筑市场主体不成熟、工程量清单认识不足等问题,探讨灾后重建工程造价影响因素,并对灾后重建工程造价控制提出相应对策建议。Through the analysis of earthquake post-disaster reconstruction, the article analyzes some problems, such as：the immaturity of the body of construction market and misunderstanding of project list. Then the article discusses some influencing factors of the cost of the reconstruction. Therefore ,the article puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures of controlling post-earthquake reconstruction cost.
