摘　　要：目的:研究酮洛芬软胶囊的制备工艺。方法:通过单因素考察确定酮洛芬软胶囊的处方及工艺,并通过小鼠热板法考察确定酮洛芬软胶囊的镇痛作用。结果:聚乙二醇-6000为助悬剂、明胶:甘油=1.0:0.9、明胶保存温度选取55～65℃。结论:制备的酮洛芬软胶囊保持了原有的镇痛效果。Objective： To study on the preparation of Ketoprofen Soft Capsule. Methods： Single-factors were studied to optimize the formulation and technology. Hot plate experiment in mice was used to evaluate the analgesic activities of Ketoprofen Soft Capsule. Results： PEG-6000 was the suspension, the ratio of gelatin and glycerol was 1.0：0.9, and the temperature was from 55℃ to 65℃ for the glutin store. Conclusion： Ketoprofen soft capsule is prepared successfully with original analgesic activities.
