多指标综合评分法对炉甘石洗剂制备工艺的考察

摘　　要：目的:考察炉甘石洗剂的制备工艺。方法:采用正交试验对炉甘石洗剂制备工艺影响因素进行考察,通过多指标综合评分法对数据进行分析,优选其制备工艺。结果:因素CMC-Na浓度、溶胀温度、药物添加顺序3个因素对炉甘石洗剂制备工艺影响均不显著,实践时可结合实际情况选择3%的CMC-Na浓度以新制蒸馏水溶胀,按规范要求加入药物进行制备。结论:按选择条件制备的炉甘石洗剂质量稳定,制备时间缩短。Objective： To study the preparation process of Calamine Lotion. Methods： Optimized their preparation process of Calamine Lotion with multiple guidelines grading method by the orthogonal experiment. Results： The factors of CMC-Na concentration, swelling temperature, drug adding order was not significant to affect the preparation process, it can be combined to choose 3% CMC-Na, which was dissolved by late distilled water, according to the specifications of preparation in way of practice. Conclusion： The quality of Calamine Lotion which is prepared based on that the selected criteria is stable, and the preparation time is shorten.
