摘 要:目的:考察炉甘石洗剂的制备工艺。方法:采用正交试验对炉甘石洗剂制备工艺影响因素进行考察,通过多指标综合评分法对数据进行分析,优选其制备工艺。结果:因素CMC-Na浓度、溶胀温度、药物添加顺序3个因素对炉甘石洗剂制备工艺影响均不显著,实践时可结合实际情况选择3%的CMC-Na浓度以新制蒸馏水溶胀,按规范要求加入药物进行制备。结论:按选择条件制备的炉甘石洗剂质量稳定,制备时间缩短。Objective: To study the preparation process of Calamine Lotion. Methods: Optimized their preparation process of Calamine Lotion with multiple guidelines grading method by the orthogonal experiment. Results: The factors of CMC-Na concentration, swelling temperature, drug adding order was not significant to affect the preparation process, it can be combined to choose 3% CMC-Na, which was dissolved by late distilled water, according to the specifications of preparation in way of practice. Conclusion: The quality of Calamine Lotion which is prepared based on that the selected criteria is stable, and the preparation time is shorten.
