摘 要:针对目前增压器设计存在的问题和现状,结合设计理论和实际情况,设计一种以螺杆泵为动力源的井下增压器,该增压器由螺杆传动轴、动力轴、外筒、销轴、动力转换体、花键轴、花键筒等组成。在螺杆泵的带动下,该增压器能将部分钻井液的压力增至60~80MPa,从而有效地提高钻井速度;该增压器克服以往增压器流道复杂、密封差的缺点,有效地提高了整体增压器的寿命。In view of the problems and the status of current supercharger design, combining with design theory and actual situation, a screw-driven downhole supercharger was designed. The supercharger was composed of screw shaft, power shaft, outside tube, pin, power converter, spline shaft, spline tube etc. The supercharger driven by the screw pump, could increase pressure of part of mud to 60 - 80 MPa and improve the speed of drilling effectively. The shortcomings of traditional supercharger, such as complex flowpath and poor sealing, were overcomed in the new supercharger, and the life of the entire supercharger effectively was improved.
