摘  要:目的:比较两组眼内灌注液在活体动物实验中对兔眼角膜及眼内组织结构和功能的影响。方法:对15只兔子进行前房灌注试验30 min,右眼选用BD灌注液,左眼选用必施,术后4 h、6 h、24小时、48小时、72小时、1周分别测量角膜中央厚度和裂隙灯检查角膜、前房情况。术后1周角膜切片HE染色行组织学检查。结果:两组灌注液在眼内灌注术后角膜厚度有轻度增加,前房轻度混浊,两组在各时间段上角膜厚度及前房混浊的差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。角膜病理检查均无明显异常。结论:BD灌注液和必施对眼内组织的影响轻微,两者无明显差异,均为理想的眼内灌注液。Objective:To compare the effects of two intraocular irrigating solution on rabbit cornea and intraocular organizational structure and function in living animal experiments.Methods:15 New Zealand rabbits were undertaken with anterior chamber irrigation 30 minutes with two intraocular irrigating solutions,BD for right eyes and BSS for left eyes.Central corneal thickness were measured and slit lamp microscope examination was performed at 4,6,24,48,72 hours and 1 week postoperation.Histological examination of cornea were performed with HE staining on 1 week after operation.Results:There were slight increase of the rabbits corneal thickness and anterior chamber blur postoperation.And there were no statistical difference between the two groups at various time points postirrigation.No significant changes of corneal tissues were observed with HE staining.Conclusion:There were mild effects of intraocular irrigating solution with BD and BSS on intraocular tissues and no statistical difference was found between the two solutions.They both are ideal intraocular irrigating solutions.
